  • What we do?
    • Press Wines mines through the ocean of wine to discover and offer its members the most interesting, compelling, cellar worthy and enjoyable wines. Each wine is offered with all the necessary information to fully understand and appreciate wines of high quality. Our view is that there are too many important attributes and efforts that are overlooked in the regular purchasing environment, and understanding the wine, the region and the winemaker heightens the drinking experience.

  • How many wines are offered?
    • Wines are offered once or twice a week, and are only available in multiples of six. On occasion we will theme and offer a mixed six. 

  • Who we deal with?
    • We work with a network of Australia’s best wineries and importers, in most cases working with the owners and operators of these business’. Once we have received our members orders, we consolidate all orders and they are couriered out. 

  • How we source and deliver?
    • We have longstanding relationships with some of the best winemakers and importers in the country. We work directly with these men and woman, tasting new releases and accessing back vintage. Once orders are in, we consolidate orders in our metro Melbourne warehouse and ship through a courier service. All deliveries require an adult signature.  

  • How much does shipping cost?
    • There is a flat rate of $8 per case for shipping

  • How do I check the status of an order?
    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been logged with our courier service.

  • Is there a return policy?
    • We confidently stand behind every wine we offer. The team at Press Wines drinks and collects every wine we offer. We’re not in the business of offering close-out wines that we can acquire for pennies and make large margin on. We’re in the business of offering quality and sharing what we think are the best wines available from the best wineries.

    • In saying that, not every wine is for every palette. If you don’t like the wine you receive, we will organise for the wine to be returned and we will refund the cost in full.

  • Is there a record of wines I’ve purchased?
    • Press Wines keeps a log of all its clients purchases. Please reach out to info@presswines.com and we will send you a log of your purchases, purchase dates and amounts.
